Investment in CM Industries will support the continued expansion of manufacturing capacity and geographic reach
PITTSBURGH, Pa. – February 20, 2024 – Tecum Capital (“Tecum”) is proud to announce its investment in CM Industries, INC., a manufacturer of branded welding equipment and consumable welding supplies. As part of the transaction, Tecum partnered with Management, Stacker Holdings, and Salem Investment Partners.
CM Industries sells a full range of branded products including robotic, MIG, and TIG equipment and all associated peripherals and consumables. CM’s distributors serve a broad range of customers in the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Germany. End markets include agriculture, construction, automotive, oil and gas, and general fabrication.
