The DeAngelo Brothers, Inc. (“DBI”) is a leading North American provider of transportation infrastructure services. DBI divides its business into the Asset Management, Vegetation/Cleaning Management (known as “General Services”), Road Management (Asset Management, General Services, and Road Management are collectively referred to herein as the “North American” business units), and Advanced Mobile Asset Collection (“AMAC”) divisions. The North American and AMAC business units primarily serve government departments of transportation, railroad, industrial, oil and gas, homeowner associations and golf course clients.
