Tecum’s investment will support the continued expansion of manufacturing and distribution capacity of FiberGlass Coatings LLC
PITTSBURGH, Pa. – August 17, 2023 – Tecum Capital (“Tecum”) is proud to announce its investment in FiberGlass Coatings, LLC, a diversified manufacturer and distributor of multi-use epoxy, resin and fiberglass products. As part of the transaction, Tecum partnered with Management, Third Arch Investments, and NewSpring.
FiberGlass Coatings manufactures and distributes epoxy, resin, and fiberglass products to a wide range of industries and applications, including marine, manufacturing & industrial, recreation, and DIY home projects and crafts. Based in Florida, the company employs more than 100 employees and has a strong physical sales presence in Florida and Georgia with national reach through their e-commerce channel and other D2C online channels.
