Jack Surma currently serves as an Associate with Tecum Capital Partners. In this position, Mr. Surma is responsible for sourcing and analyzing mezzanine financing and private equity investment opportunities for the firm. He is involved with numerous aspects of structuring, underwriting, and monitoring investments.
Before joining Tecum Capital Partners in 2017, Mr. Surma worked for Lockheed Martin, where he graduated from the Operations Leadership Development Program. Mr. Surma served several Navy programs as a Manufacturing Program Manager. He also served as the Deputy Program Manager for the Akron Facility Consolidation. Mr. Surma has also worked for Oshkosh Corporation in its Defense & Access Equipment business areas and for Giant Eagle in its Supply Chain department.
Mr. Surma holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain & Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University, and a Certified Production & Inventory Management certificate from the American Production and Inventory Control Society.
