Dan Wingard currently serves as Vice President with Tecum Capital Partners. In this position, Mr. Wingard is responsible for sourcing and analyzing new mezzanine and private equity investment opportunities for the Fund and is involved with all aspects of structuring, underwriting and monitoring new investments.
Prior to joining Tecum Capital Partners, Mr. Wingard spent nearly 10 years in private equity and investment banking. Most recently, Mr. Wingard served as Vice President with Superior Capital Partners (“Superior”), a control-oriented, committed private equity fund that focuses on acquiring niche manufacturing, distribution and business services companies with up to $150 million in revenue. At Superior, Mr. Wingard was responsible for sourcing and analyzing new acquisition opportunities, leading underwriting/due diligence processes for new investments and portfolio company management which included serving on the Board of Directors for two portfolio companies. Prior to Superior, Mr. Wingard served as an Associate in the Investment Banking division of Stout Risius Ross, Inc. (“SRR”). Prior to SRR, Mr. Wingard began his career at Ford Motor Company in the Financial Controls Group.
Mr. Wingard earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and also is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). Mr. Wingard currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA.
